This subseries consists of files pertaining to individual students that attended Pratt Library School between 1946 and 2015. Documents are in their original folders with original labels bearing students' names. The series is arranged alphabetically by surname. Because these files are closed until 70 years after their creation, they remain unprocessed.
This subseries includes three completed sections of the ALISE (Association for Library and Information Science Education) Statistical Report Questionnaire (2000); related data compilations; and accreditation material related to ALISE.
This subseries contains documents outlining the structure of the SILS curriculum, including course descriptions, committee meetings and collaborations between Pratt and various outside institutions.

This series documents the school's relocation to the current Manhattan campus at 140 West 14th st, which was completed in 2002. Also included are facilities reports and documents that deal directly with the Manhattan campus.
